Acceptance
By downloading or using Carvo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least the legal age of majority where you live and able to enter into a binding contract.
Your account
You are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Carvo in ways that violate any law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
- Use the app while operating a motorcycle in a way that is unsafe or unlawful.
Safety
Carvo is a riding assistance tool, not a substitute for attentive riding. You are solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of others, and obeying all traffic laws and road conditions.
Subscriptions
Carvo offers a free tier and an optional paid Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Disclaimers
Carvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carvo's total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
