License grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Carvo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Carvo application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Carvo.
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease Carvo.
- Reverse engineer Carvo except where the law permits.
- Remove proprietary notices.
Ownership
Carvo and all related intellectual property remain the property of Carvo and its licensors.
Updates
Carvo may provide updates from time to time. Updates are covered by this EULA unless they include separate terms.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop using Carvo and delete all copies.
Apple App Store
If you obtained Carvo through the Apple App Store, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement published by Apple also applies and takes precedence where it conflicts with this EULA.
