Effective July 4, 2026. These terms explain how you may use Carvo and how subscriptions, rider safety, and support work.
Using Carvo
You may use Carvo for personal motorcycle navigation, ride recording, route planning, group rides, road-awareness, and related riding features. You are responsible for your account, your device, your route choices, and any content or reports you submit.
Ride safely
Carvo is a riding assistance tool, not a substitute for judgment, training, road awareness, or compliance with the law. Always ride within posted limits, obey traffic laws, keep your attention on the road, and stop safely before interacting with the app. Routes, traffic, weather, speed limits, alerts, and crash-detection features may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Subscriptions
Paid Carvo plans renew automatically until cancelled. Subscriptions and refunds for iOS are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and can be managed in App Store account subscriptions. Access continues through the current billing period after cancellation unless Apple states otherwise.
Community and group features
Do not submit false, harmful, illegal, or misleading reports or routes. Do not use group ride features to track people without their consent. We may remove content or suspend access to community features if we believe they are unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Carvo, interfere with our systems, attempt to reverse engineer the app except where the law permits, scrape the service, bypass subscription gates, upload malicious content, or use Carvo in a way that harms other riders, road users, or our service.
Third-party services
Carvo relies on services such as Apple, Supabase, TomTom, LiveKit, and other providers for maps, subscriptions, sync, routing, voice, and related features. Those services may have their own terms and availability limits.
End user license
Carvo is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless separate written terms are provided, the app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Liability
Carvo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Carvo in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of Carvo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
